Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develops and delivers production and quality training to the Depot Repair Center personnel based on prescribed Lenovo guidelines and tools.
• Develop innovative and easy-to-understand training program.
• Create skills matrix on the USFC DRC personnel for operational assessment and readiness for machine repair, warehousing functions, material handling jobs
• Prepare schedules, provide classroom training AND on-the-job training to new hires and part-time workers.
• Analyze learning needs and develop appropriate training material.
• Interact with technical experts, supervisors and design course content.
• Document and maintain training records for all repair center personnel.
• Interact with respective departments in scheduling training programs.
• Execute a variety of related processes and procedures which require interaction with other departments. (Example ESD training, entitlement training, parts handling, etc.)
• Ability to evaluate student’s comprehension:
               OJT Training
               Classroom training
              On line Boot Camp training
• Attend T3 training (train the trainer) when new machine is launched.
• Develop training plan and roll out plan for new product introduction.
• Work with individual development programs for associates who require additional training
• Assist analyzing quality issues as product concerns, training concerns.
• Develop individual development plans.

All other duties as assigned by the Lenovo/USFC Management Team to include Supervisors, Leads, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
• Previous teaching certification a plus
• Flexible work schedule to support both shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
• HS or AA Degree/Trade Certificate preferred.
