Job Description:

Lenovo Solutions and Services Group (SSG) brings together all of Lenovo’s IT solutions and services across PC, infrastructure, and smart verticals into one dedicated organization, providing global product service, digital workspace service, hybrid cloud service and vertical AI service. We are empowering our customers to transform their vision into value.

Lenovo SSG digital transformation (DT) team drive digitalization for SSG group.  SSG Digital Transformation DT Business Process Design Analyst focus on optimization of back-end service processes, innovation of new digital technology, implementation of information systems to streamline Lenovo SSG service. This position is located in Lenovo Japan office, UDX building, Akihabara, Tokyo.

  1. Take Lenovo Digital Transformation Role and Support change management and solution deployment related work for Japan Projects.
  2. Jointly work with business team and IT implementation team and drive the digitalization journey.
  3. Work with cross-function teams to design service-related process and IT system solution, implement service solution including project initiative, project blueprint, testing support, training and go-live support.
  4. Undertake Japanese translation for relevant meetings to ensure project running smoothly.
  5. Survey business team and optimize solution continuously.
  6. Support global projects outside Japan per demand.

Job Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree above, major in business management related, IT related or mathematics/statistics related.
  2. More than 5 years working experience.
  3. Exceptional communication skills, be good at collaboration and facilitation, experienced in crossing team working environment.
  4. Digitalization and IT background is preferred.
  5. Native level in Japanese
  6. Can read, write and speak Chinese
       7.   Can read and write English, English speaking capability is nice to have.
