Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 深度参与业务规划与交易架构设计，提供数据驱动的解决方案，支持业务战略高效落地。

2. 梳理并优化业务流程，推动流程标准化与系统化建设，引入智能化手段提升运营效率。

3. 负责产线经营分析管理，确保产线维度、通路维度损益情况及预测数据准确完整，为业务经营分析赋能，基于数据洞察识别差异并推动优化，强化经营与风险管理。

4. 搭建端到端数据体系，推动AI及自动化技术在数据处理、分析及预测中的应用，提升数据智能化水平。

5. 基于智能分析及预测模型，为业务决策、成本管控及运营优化提供前瞻性支持。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上财务、会计、金融相关专业，持有 CPA、CMA、ACCA 证书优先。

2. 5 年以上财务工作经验，3 年以上大厂 / 规模化企业 FP&A、经营分析经验。

3. 熟练使用 Excel、PPT，熟悉 SAP/Oracle、BI 数据分析工具，精通预算预测、财务建模、经营复盘全流程；英语听说读写能力强。

4. 具备较强的业务理解能力、数据敏感度和逻辑拆解能力，擅长透过数据发现问题、输出可落地解决方案。

5. 沟通协调能力强，抗压性好，结果导向，具备良好的职业素养、风险意识和保密意识。
