Description and Requirements

At Lenovo, we bring our promises to life. We’re committed to innovation, accountability, and creating experiences that wow our customers. Ranked #248 on the Fortune Global 500, Lenovo is a global technology powerhouse, generating over $57 billion in annual revenue and serving millions of customers across 180 markets. Our vision—Smarter Technology for All—fuels our ambition to deliver AI-enabled, AI-ready, and AI-optimized solutions through a full-stack portfolio of devices (PCs, workstations, smartphones, tablets), infrastructure (servers, storage, edge, HPC, and software-defined solutions), software, and services. Our relentless innovation and commitment to an inclusive, trustworthy, and smarter future guide us in shaping world-changing solutions every day.

Are you ready to drive Lenovo’s digital presence on a global scale? We’re seeking an ambitious Digital Content Strategy & Project Manager to join our team and elevate our ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) server and storage solutions worldwide. As a key player on the Lenovo ISG Web Marketing team, you’ll design and execute strategies that engage and convert our B2B audiences, building Lenovo’s presence within the SMB market while supporting One Lenovo cross-BU initiatives.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full lifecycle for ISG campaign pages—from strategy to launch and ongoing optimization—ensuring they bring measurable value to our customers and align with business goals. This is not a “launch and leave” role; it’s a “build and boost” role that combines strategic vision, project leadership, and hands-on collaboration to create impactful web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management

    • Lead the development and launch of ISG server and storage campaign pages, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with marketing goals.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams (design, content, development, and marketing) to deliver cohesive campaign pages that drive ISG initiatives.

    • Define and manage project milestones, timelines, and resources, with secondary support for One Lenovo cross-BU campaigns.

  • Content Strategy & Management

    • Develop content strategies for ISG campaigns that meet audience needs, uphold brand standards, and adhere to SEO best practices.

    • Work with content creators and designers to craft compelling pages that drive engagement and conversions, supporting both ISG and One Lenovo messaging.

    • Review and approve content updates, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and branding alignment.

  • Marketing Technology Integration

    • Manage integration of lead capture forms and other marketing technologies, ensuring seamless data flow with CRM and automation platforms.

    • Coordinate with IT and marketing operations to resolve technology or integration challenges.

    • Stay informed about new tools, recommending improvements to enhance campaign performance and data tracking.

  • Quality Assurance (QA) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

    • Conduct testing on ISG campaign pages to verify all components, links, and forms function as intended.

    • Implement QA and UAT processes to minimize errors and deliver user-friendly web experiences.

  • Data Analysis & Optimization

    • Analyze performance metrics post-launch, assessing engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates for ISG campaigns.

    • Use analytics to recommend optimizations, collaborating with the marketing analytics team to establish KPIs and create reporting dashboards for continuous insights.

  • Cross-Functional Training & Documentation

    • Train stakeholders on processes and best practices for digital content and web operations for ISG.

    • Document workflows and standards for ISG campaign page creation, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer across teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management, content strategy, or web marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven success in managing web-based marketing projects, ideally within B2B or B2C environments.

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, UX principles, and web content best practices.

  • Excellent project management skills with experience in tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to leverage data to drive improvements.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, particularly for One Lenovo cross-BU support alongside ISG-focused campaigns.
