Description and Requirements


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our LXG Partner Digital Experience team which owns and is responsible for managing and optimizing the suite of tools and technologies that enable our Partners, Sellers and support teams. The goal of this role is to ensure that our sales and support teams have the right tools, technologies, and optimal user experience to effectively engage with sellers and Partners to drive sales, and close deals.  You will be responsible for the effectiveness, adoption and ultimately user satisfaction of an assigned set of tools & solutions through the measurement of KPIs (eg. OSAT) and feedback. 

In this role, you will be focused on listening to our Sellers and Partners and improving their experience on deployed platforms. You will lead key initiatives that involve process improvements, tool usability, data & insights, performance and adoption. We are seeking a highly skilled experience manager to join our team with the responsibility of delivering WW revenue growth, Partner Satisfaction, Ease of Use.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and responsibility of your assigned set of Sales related tools, solutions and broader Lenovo seller/Partner  journey in the context of driving improvements in effectiveness, adoption, and user experience (OSAT).
  • Through various forms of survey feedback and more importantly direct user feedback (eg. shadowing), identify process pain points and areas of opportunity in the seller/partner  journey to improve user experience and value of our platforms.
  • Primary focus area for this role is Act as an Lenovo Bid Platform (LBP) and Lenovo Open Platform (LOP) business liaison to key stakeholders and business functions
  • Enrich our Biding/ Quoting platforms to compliment new and existing processes to drive user experience and adoption.
  • Drive key LBP/LOP initiatives and actions to help ISO deliver the committed targets on Rev, OSAT, TTQ, Adoption
  • Provide actionable insights to business leaders and stakeholders in ISO, BUs & GOO.
  • Working closely with ISO, DT, LXG organization on various Pricing/ Quoting related program initiatives supporting delivery of the critical KPIs and adoption
  • Lead WW/Geo level BMS and own progress on actions with the ISO Geo Stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (master’s degree a plus)

Skills/ Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales and/or sales enablement roles, experience with B2B CPQ / Sales systems
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards, managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of user experience, data analytics, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to balance technical and business requirements and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and practical solutions, project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Base gross monthly salary from 4000 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 14% of your annual earnings.
