AI战略规划支持
  • 参与CIO的AI战略制定，提供市场及技术趋势分析。
  • 研究并评估Hybrid AI（生成式与预测式）的最新技术，提出创新性建议。
  • 识别AI在企业应用中的机会和挑战，为业务增长提供数据驱动的策略建议。
技术前沿分析
  • 持续跟踪AI行业动态，定期编写技术分析报告，为公司决策提供支持。
  • 研究大规模AI模型的发展趋势，并评估其对业务的潜在影响。
  • 评估AI技术的可行性、风险及商业价值，并提供相应建议。
行业交流与合作
  • 代表公司参与AI行业会议、论坛及合作交流，提升公司在AI领域的影响力。
  • 建立并维护与AI领域专家、企业和研究机构的合作关系，推动技术创新和最佳实践。
  • 参与政府、学术界及行业标准组织的AI政策和标准制定讨论。
内部技术支持与培训
  • 为公司管理层及相关团队提供AI技术趋势分享及培训。
  • 撰写AI技术白皮书、技术文档及内部研究报告，帮助团队理解和应用最新AI技术。
  • 设计并推广AI伦理和合规框架，确保技术应用符合Responsible AI（负责任AI）原则。
岗位要求
教育背景
  • 计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学或相关领域硕士及以上学历，博士优先。
技术能力
  • 生成式AI：精通大模型（如GPT、BERT、LLaMA）、GAN（生成对抗网络）、Diffusion Models（扩散模型）等技术，并能够评估其适用性及优化方案。
  • 预测式AI：掌握机器学习、深度学习、强化学习的核心技术及算法，并具备模型优化和部署经验。
  • Agentic AI：具备多智能体系统（MAS）、自适应学习和AI Agent架构的研究或实践经验。
  • Responsible AI（负责任AI）：熟悉公平性、透明性、可解释性、安全性等AI伦理原则，并能制定相应的治理框架。
  • AI Ops & 企业级AI部署：了解AI在企业级环境的部署方法，包括MLOps、LLMOps、云计算（AWS、Azure、GCP）等。
沟通与呈现能力
  • 具备出色的中英文书面及口头表达能力，能够清晰传达复杂的技术概念。
  • 具备良好的跨部门协作及高管汇报能力，能够在高层会议中提供战略建议。
行业经验
  • 5年以上AI相关工作经验，曾在企业AI战略、技术研发或咨询领域担任重要角色。
  • 在知名AI公司、研究机构或创新企业有从业经验者优先。
