Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales operations analysts and managers, building a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Own sales forecasting and pipeline management, leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimizing sales performance.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities, process improvements, and technology solutions that enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Design and manage sales compensation plans, quotas, and performance metrics that motivate and drive results.
  • Utilize market intelligence and customer data to provide strategic recommendations to sales leadership that will improve sales execution and business results.
  • Continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations.
  • Working with the management team to develop, implement and manage the Business processes, systems, reports and strategies to meet organizational goals and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years’ experience in a sales operations role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to engage peers and extended teams.
  • Self-starting individual keen to support the driving the business.
  • Understanding of Lenovo KPIs, IT and reporting systems and their flow.
  • Capacity to engage and challenge peers when required to manage to drive the business.
  • Teaming skills and open to feedback.
  • Experience communicating technical information in a clear and concise manner with executives, managers, non-technical leaders, and internal customers.
  • Ability to research and solve complex problems and unusual/unexpected challenges.
  • Be Innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business opportunities
