Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Analysis: Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, document processes, and map them to Dynamics 365 functionalities.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and optimizing business workflows.
  • Implementation & Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, based on the functional requirements.
  • System Testing: Conduct system testing, including functional and user acceptance testing, to ensure the integrity of the Dynamics 365 solution.
  • End-User Training: Provide training sessions and materials for end-users and client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and refining solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365, including a deep understanding of core modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Project Operation.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business process modeling, data structures, and integration between Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in configuring entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports within Dynamics 365.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (such as MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, etc.) are preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language Proficiency - English & Mandarin
