Description and Requirements
As the Executive Director of our EMEA Commercial Business, you will build and execute the strategy for this segment across EMEA to achieve our ambitious growth expectations in terms of volumes, revenue, profit and market share. You will devise solutions and strategies to improve performance and overcome daily and longer-term business challenges and drive our quarterly commercial business cadence.

Key to this success in this role is the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed and complex environment, and to be able to influence key decision makers at market, EMEA and Global levels.
You will lead a team of highly professional and skilled Directors of Product Management, Business Development Management and Business Management and the teams that report to them. These teams:
- Define our stretching business ambitions
- Lead the optimal execution of our business plan to achieve our goals
- Drive and manage our commercial product management cadence across EMEA
- Drive and manage the SMB business management cadence across EMEA, including P&L ownership for the EMEA SMB segment
- Det our best-in-class product portfolio and line-up
- Provide clear and detailed market and competitive analysis
- Deliver our financial and material forecasting
- Keep our commercial business on-track, and help us respond to a highly dynamic market
- Collaborate with WW BU and internal key stakeholders on annual and quarterly planning of the business, aligning on execution of Lenovo key metrics (P&L, market share, PtM, Product mix, LoB expansion, strategic programmes)
- Optimizing our KPI’s through close collaboration with Lenovo alliance partners
What do we expect from you?
- At least 10 experience in the IT industry focused on the commercial sector, in similar matrixed and complex organization and operating at an Geo level
- Demonstrate a track record of outperforming market growth in terms of Revenue, Market Share, & profit
- Experienced in managing P&L
- 5+ years’ experience leading team of professional business and product managers and individual contributors
- The ability to succeed through influence and persuasion
- Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization
- High levels of numeracy and expertise in managing P&L
- The ability to communicate complex business concepts and challenges, and data clearly and succinctly.
- A willingness to travel >30% of the time, engaging the markets, customers, partners, and global teams
