Your next career move starts here - Join our amazing team! We are currently hiring for EMEA Deport Service Support Manager


What You will do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the repair service vendor in the EMEA region.
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage the repair and service process for notebooks, tablets, and PCs, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs.
  • Track and analyze repair turnaround times, quality of repairs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations. 
  • Address escalations related to depot repair services and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize repair processes and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.


What We expect from You: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations, vendor management, or repair operations, preferably in the computing industry (notebooks, tablets, and PCs). Knowledge of depot repair processes, refurbishment, and spare parts management.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for repair operations (e.g., turnaround time, first-pass yield, cost-per-repair, and customer satisfaction).
  • Proven experience in managing third-party repair vendors, including contract negotiation and performance management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with service partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., supply chain, customer service, and finance teams).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (as needed) to visit repair centers and vendor facilities.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus.
