Description and Requirements
To our team within Service Supply Chain, we are looking for a EMEA Parts Supply Chain Specialist.
Key Role: You will be responsible for e2e performance including parts availability, fulfilment, transportation and managing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
This means: Overlooking and tracking KPIs, making sure they are met by all our vendors. Understanding and proactively working on improving underperforming parts of Supply Chain. Professionally handle any escalation and communication to all stakeholders.

RESPONSOBILITIES
- Parts and FG Planning (Replenishment, NPIs, LTB)
- Excess and Obsolete Inventory control
- Stock Rebalance Calculation
- Regular reviews of KPI with customers and
- Network optimization modelling and quantitative analysis.
- KPIs Management (Parts availability for IW and OOW repairs, stock accuracy)
- Logistics Vendor management and exception tracking
- Reporting preparation
- Basic PMO management for smaller scale improvements
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years Supply Chain experience.
- Logic thinking and strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent with MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word (Able to handle large amount of data in Excel)
- Professional written and spoken language skills in English.
- Open minded, ability to learn new processes and think outside of the box.
- Able to self-organize and prioritize workload.
- Familiarity with ERP (SAP) is advantage.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
