We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical entry-level Public Web Payment Operation Specialist who will be responsible for accurate, efficient and timely processing of online payments (in/out) with focus on payment issues resolution, customer satisfaction and fraud prevention.

You'll be responsible for:

• Daily monitor and analyze payment/order transactions based on data from internal & external systems to identify and resolve those pending transactions.
• Supports chargeback operations by monitoring and responding to all disputes received in cooperation with extended teams.
• Responsible for regular interlock with assigned 3rd party payment providers and AR/Acconting to maintain exemplary operations.
• Build and preserve accuracy, reliability and error-free nature of data entered, stored and retrieved in team’s report repository.
• Assist in development of reports and metrics to monitor and measure all payments/orders operations and fraud risks.
• Highlight and communicate data inconsistencies, process gaps with relevant teams.
• Maintain cross-team collaboration with internal teams and 3rd party payment processing providers.
• Assist in other financial activities as needed (reconciliation, overdue clearance).

You'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance but experience could make education less important) 
• 1+ year experience in relative field or Supply Chain
• Proficient English language – oral and written (other language ability an advantage)
• Solid execution, act with sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
• Proactive, independent, with strong sense of ownership
