Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Product Portfolio Management:
• Follow sales leadership preferences in each country for showing only commercial products or extending to some consumer, gaming or other categories (with direction from the Ext. Cat. Team Lead).
• Obtain a list of best-selling products from the country consumer site (Laptops, Desktops, WS, Smart Devices, Servers & Storage, Tablets, Phones) to ensure we manage these effectively.
• Maintain a portfolio that is in line with the country’s public site other than the planned exclusions (e.g. consumer and gaming products).
• Include marketing content (with direction from the Ext. Cat. Team Lead) that is appropriate for Commercial segment customers. For example, including complex services offerings and high end server portfolio even if these are not shown on the country’s public site for individual consumers.
• Create and manage configurable systems for each family of products.
• Add non-configurable models and ensure they are accurately represented on the site.
• Include accessories and services in the product listings.
Maintain Content and Messaging Alignment:
• Align product descriptions according to the product type, using the format employed on the country public sites.
• Verify that all products display their respective images and align them according to the product type.
• Add merchandising flags (e.g., "Build Your Own" for configurable models).
• Add merchandising flags (e.g., "New Arrival") for newly announced models and ensure timely removal after three weeks.
• Incorporate marketing information into the Product Detail Pages (PDP) of all products.
• Incorporate marketing information to position each product type (phones, laptops, desktops, servers, services, smart devices etc.)
• Implement dynamic filters using the same format as the country public site.
Sustain high quality of content:
• Ensure that configurable models have all available upgrades.
• Verify that compatible accessories are displayed correctly (both in the Product Builder and in "Find Compatible Accessories").
• Perform overall website maintenance, including product model updates (introducing new generations, removing old models, and preparing for upcoming announcements).
• Verify that configurable models do not have any disabled upgrade options.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, product catalog management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and product management.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce content management systems (CMS).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
