General Description
Lenovo PCCW Solutions (LPS), a strategic partnership formed between Lenovo and PCCW, is looking for a Financial Business Partner to manage and analyze the financial performance of its accounts. This role reports to LPS Deputy CFO in Hong Kong. Close liaison with Finance, Business Operations, and other supporting functions is essential to succeed in this role.
The candidate will station in Hong Kong, with the right to abode-and-work in the HK SAR. Proficiency in verbal Cantonese, Putonghua AND English is mandatory.
You will:
1. Financial Budget and Forecast Formulation
· Perform annual financial budgeting exercise and subsequent budget updates
· Conduct monthly closing and forecasting exercises in the collaboration with the Sales, Accounting, Operations, and Business Development team
· Analyze sales pipelines and financial performance against annual budget
2. Business Case Modeling and Bid Support
· Prepare financial model and business cases to support decision-making in tendering
· Co-work with GTM team to formular the bid strategy, including pricing advantage, cost competitiveness and winning chance etc.
· Review the deal structure and transaction flow to compliance with global trade and group transfer pricing tax requirement
· Consider cash-flow and balance-sheet impact in the business cases, raise and articulate potential risk in deal making
· Support bid manager to get tender documents prepared, including financial statement, board resolution etc.
You bring:
1. University graduate in the domain of Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related disciplines
2. Preferably 6-8 years of relevant experience in the domain of financial analysis
3. Prior experience with management consulting, Big-4, or MNC would be a strong plus
4. Prior working experience in IT Services Provider, Telcom, or Technology Company is an advantage, but not mandatory
5. Basic understanding of tendering process, and software project manager is preferred
6. Proficiency in verbal Cantonese, Putonghua and English is mandatory

3. Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time independently under conditions of uncertainty; ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
4. Ability to develop situation awareness by absorbing and integrating information from various sources
5. Demonstrate integrity and professionalism
6. Occasional regional, short-term travel is expected
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and financial modeling is a must
