Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Inventory Management:
  • Regularly monitoring inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking. 
  • Performing cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records. 
  • Managing incoming shipments and verifying product details against purchase orders. 

  • Order Processing:
  • Overseeing the picking and packing process to ensure orders are filled accurately and efficiently. 
  • Monitoring order fulfillment timelines to meet shipping deadlines. 
  • Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders. 

  • Quality Control:
  • Implementing quality checks throughout the fulfillment process to identify damaged or defective products. 
  • Monitoring packaging standards to ensure proper labeling and secure sealing.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems and computer applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
