Description and Requirements

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of the public sector landscape, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in project management or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Effectively manage project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in project management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the public sector and education industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level).
