As the Geo Inside Sales Director at Lenovo, you would lead and manage an inside sales organization across different markets, focusing on developing Inside Sales Account Managers and 1st line managers, while also developing your own skills in technology, solutions, sales and soft skills, and lastly ensuring the team exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Team Leadership and Management:
Develop Inside Sales Account Managers, provide coaching and guidance to improve team performance.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team across various markets
Set and monitor sales targets and benchmarks for individual and team success.
- Sales Expertise and Performance:
Develop your own skills in technology, solutions, sales and soft skills.
Effectively communicate and Identify how Lenovo's products and services align with customer needs.
Exceed targeted monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Drive sales through both phone and email interactions.
- Customer Focus:
Ensure every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Develop new accounts and expand existing ones.
Manage the day-to-day relationships within existing client base and new business development.
- Other Responsibilities:
Support the field sales executives, Work effectively in a team environment.
Find incremental business opportunities, drive closure within the targeted prospect and customer account base.
Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

10+ years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role

5+ years experience managing inside sales teams and delivering results
