We are looking for strategic thinkers and problem solvers to join our Global Channel Sales team. In this role, you will collaborate with business groups, worldwide sales organizations, geographies, and channel partners to deliver customer-led solutions. Your expertise will help us execute our vision and demonstrate the full breadth of our portfolio. This global role will expand your experience worldwide audience.

You will integrate components from our three business groups to address customer challenges and deliver desired outcomes. Working across multiple teams at the worldwide, geographic, and country levels, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Lenovo’s channel business.

• Be the global channel focal point understanding customer challenges / outcomes and being able to link to solutions across our business groups.
• Establish collaborative relationships at multiple levels and regions within Lenovo and our channel partners.
• Create and drive a clear strategy on how we execute against our plan and evolve where needed.
• Differentiate Lenovo from the competition.
• Attend and contribute to weekly cadence calls.
• Provide feedback to ISO leadership on what the regions and partners need, how we adapt our current content, training, engagement etc and adapt accordingly.

Qualities and Skills

• 8+ years of technical / solutions experience in role within the IT industry. Expericence in channel or customer facing role is an advantage.
• Understanding of the IT market, competitive solutions and the ability to position these both internally and externally.
• Self-motivated, driven and a pro-active mentality.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically, build and execute complex plans even when dealing with ambiguity or unknowns.
• Ability to work with and coordinate wide network of people in different teams/roles.
