Description and Requirements


The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges, has experience in program management and has a deep analytic background to assist the enablement of "As-a-Service" platforms and nurturing service products at incubation stage.

The candidate should have experience in portfolios of cloud and as-a-service solutions that helps simplify and accelerate the channel business. Understanding centralized platforms which manages multi-cloud infrastructure solutions is also key to the success of this role.

The candidate will be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving, a passion for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, and has the foresight to anticipate business needs, make tradeoffs, and balance business dynamics despite constraints. 

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment, will be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and constantly seek ways to invent and simplify business processes. Maturity, strong judgment, and the ability to influence are all essential to success in this role.

This position will work with stakeholders supporting the extended TruScale IaaS (Infrastructure As-A Service) & DaaS (Device As-A Service) organizations, such as Sales, Service Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Business Transformation, IT, and the Channel team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for working with in-geography teams and business operations on driving strategy and execution around our TruScale IaaS (Infrastructure As-A Service) & DaaS (Device As-A Service) businesses. He or she will be a liaison between our Global Channel Services Programs and Enablement Team and our Global and Regional TruScale IaaS (Infrastructure As-A Service) & DaaS (Device As-A Service) Teams to create and execute on the overall Growth and Capability enablement strategy. This strategy includes but is not limited to understanding programs and enablement necessary to grow our business within our worldwide channel sales organization.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Working cross-functionally across Channel teams to uncover further gaps across program and enablement to create a best in breed Channel strategic enablement proposals for TruScale IaaS (Infrastructure As-A Service) & DaaS (Device As-A Service) offerings.
  • Responsible to be the subject matter expert (SME) to have an end-to-end view of an enablement engagement plan which encompasses programs, tools, digital content & BMS between the Global Channel Services team and respective Global & Regional Business Groups.
  • Creating a Channel (Route to Market) Business Plan for new services products.
  • Integrate TruScale IaaS (Infrastructure As-A Service) & DaaS (Device As-A Service) offerings into Sales & Marketing ecosystem across various GEOs.
  • Closely working with Channel teams and business operations to establish reporting & analytical views necessary for analyzing and driving strategy across key markets.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience developing & driving As-a-Service businesses. Additional experience in portfolios of cloud and as-a-service solutions along with understanding centralized platforms which manages multi-cloud infrastructure solutions is key.
  • Experience developing & driving Channel (Route to Market) strategies & driving new service product introductions and owning end-to-end services product enablement.
  • Experience designing and deploying complex global sales structure/model and managing complex global programs for sales engagement in large, multi-national, preferably tech organizations.
  • Ten plus years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, business development or program management in a mid-to-large scale hi-tech company.
  • Strong judgement, ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity as well as a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success.
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Excellent cross group collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.450 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
