Description and Requirements

The Global Project Manager will coordinate internal and client resources across multiple functions and regions to align and drive operational execution. Where there aren’t established processes, you will work with the subject matter experts to establish new ways of doing business to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for leading actions and activities around our global customers' operational business, including (but not limited to) onboarding, product transitions, serviceability, and key customer deliverables.

Basic Skills

  • 7 years of experience in Global Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 years of team leadership experience

Desired Skills:

  • Pioneering skills; willingness to think and execute outside the box, thought leadership
  • Leadership skills; can lead a matrixed team across multiple regions and functions
  • Proven history of building strong, collaborative relationships with large, complex customers
  • Excellent English communication skills at both operational and executive levels
  • Complex project management experience at Fortune 500 companies; PMP certification a plus
  • Consistent sense of urgency to meet critical deadlines
  • Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail
  • Strong operational business acumen across varying regions worldwide
