Description and Requirements


Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain various reports
  • Manage global headcount data
  • Monitor absenteeism and turnover rates
  • Deactivate badges for terminated employees
  • Maintain plant data headcount
  • Conduct loan and fees audits
  • Handle DLMS tasks (new hires, onboarding, employee change requests, etc.)
  • Prepare information for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Assist HR in planning and preparing for RBA audits
  • Update the organizational chart monthly

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the goals and objectives of the organization.



Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
