Description and Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

This role mainly handles and supports HR related tasks and projects in Taipei site. The tasks and projects are listed below. 

  1. Handles HR operational tasks.
  2. Supports HR projects, including but not limited to Fresh Graduate Induction Program, managerial programs, and other HR related programs.
  3. Supports ER cases. 
  4. Analyzes people/organizational data and provide insights and suggestions. 
  5. Other ad hoc tasks. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Taiwan. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in analytics tool (e.g., PowerBI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for managing employee relations and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team, with a proactive approach to driving HR initiatives.
  • Proficient in English.
