Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a HRIS Sr. Specialist to join the Global HRIS team:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end Workday integration process including requirement analysis, integration solution design, development, testing, deployment, etc.
  • Responsible for integration requirement review working with multiple stakeholders to drive end-to-end integration solution.
  • Implement software integration between various business applications and Workday using Workday Studio, Workday’s API, EIB inbound/outbound, boomerang integration, and Workday reporting services.
  • Documenting the integration technical specifications to support applications, developing test plans and performing unit testing.
  • Performs diagnosis and troubleshooting supporting of software integrations.
  • Follow defined change control and compliance procedures associated with software development, including all required governance standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience in technology.
  • 3+ years working experience in integration development is required
  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, WDSL, or XPATH.
  • Familiar with JAVA object-oriented, multi-threading, network and other basic programming, familiar with micro-services, message queues and other technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Workday HCM with Workday reporting writing skills is preferred. 
  • Skilled in designing developing and troubleshooting various types of Workday integrations like PECI and PICOF.
  • Experience in adding custom validations on Workday Business Process.
