Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Workday HCM functional designs, configuration, testing, and deployment to meet business needs
  • Lead and actively participate in annual HR program utilizing the Workday Advanced Compensation module
  • Lead Workday new feature adoption and AI exploration
  • Conduct knowledge sharing / transfer sessions with HRIS colleagues, customers, partners and HR service center employees
  • Actively participate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects in key function areas (data migration, Workday HCM etc.) for smooth transitions
  • Ability to guide the team to resolve complex system issues
  • Support key initiatives operated through HRIS (Annual HR Programs, Change Management, etc.)
  • Support with compliance and audit requests, which may include data audits, security audits, and other compliance reviews
  • Continually seek ways to improve, automate the process of delivering system solutions
  • Proactively research Workday new feature, new functionalities and best solution
  • Develop technical knowledge and skills through informal exploration, formal training and experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in Workday HCM module configurations, system enhancements, data loading technology
  • Experience in Workday Advanced Compensation module configurations, Workday reporting and calculated fields
  • Experience with HR digital transformation projects
  • Thorough understanding of security and data governance
  • Experience with Workday Extend solutions, or other HCM Cloud solutions like SuccessFactors, etc. is a plus
  • Knowledge of Workday integration technology is a plus
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills within a team, between teams, management, and customers
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Enthusiastic about leveraging the latest technologies and tools to drive business success and improve quality outcomes.
