Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Hybrid Cloud & AI Strategy
Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of hybrid cloud and AI initiatives that align with business priorities and accelerate innovation across markets.
- Drive Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Build and manage relationships with strategic vendors, alliance partners, ISVs, and AI ecosystem partners; co-develop joint GTM strategies and partnership agreements to expand market reach.
- Develop & Execute GTM and Incentive Programs
Design scalable go-to-market programs, define joint incentive structures, and leverage partner funding (e.g., MDF) to support demand generation, co-selling, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Align Sales & Marketing for Impact
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure unified messaging, field enablement, and campaign execution, while tracking program performance and ROI.
Your Qualifications:
- 10+ years in strategic partnerships, sales programs, GTM, or cloud/AI-related roles
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional cloud or AI initiatives
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architecture, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise IT trends
- Experience working with or for Global Accounts or major cloud/AI vendors
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and execution discipline
- Experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing or sales leadership
- Global or regional leadership experience
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is an advantage
