Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, organize, and facilitate structured DfQ-related meetings throughout all product development phases—from concept to launch.
  • Lead and moderate cross-functional sessions such as Design & Process FMEAs, Control Plan workshops, and risk review meetings, ensuring participation, focus, and actionable outcomes.
  • Coordinate the identification and discussion of NUDD elements across engineering and manufacturing teams, and track follow-up mitigation plans.
  • Serve as a go-to resource during meetings to guide teams on the proper application of DfQ tools and methodologies, without being the sole technical executor.
  • Consolidate and clarify customer and regulatory requirements during reviews, translating them into meaningful quality checkpoints.
  • Act as the communication bridge between engineering, project management, and quality teams to ensure all DfQ-related deliverables align with development milestones.
  • Facilitate the integration of lessons learned and best practices into design discussions and documentation, helping teams avoid repeated mistakes.
  • Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain centralized DfQ templates, risk registers, and meeting documentation for easy team access.
  • Ensure every DfQ touchpoint—from kickoff to closure—is documented, reviewed, and followed through.

Job Requirements:

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality, or a related technical field.
  • Above 5 years of experience in product development, quality engineering, or manufacturing environments, preferably in server industry.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of DfQ tools (FMEA, Control Plans, DFM, DFA) and NPI development cycles.
  • Able to translate customer and regulatory needs into actionable quality checkpoints.
  • Proficient in PLM systems, BOMs, Excel, and risk-tracking tools.
  • Experienced in facilitating structured reviews (e.g., FMEA, DfX) and managing follow-through.
  • Clear and confident communicator in both Mandarin and English; skilled at cross-team alignment.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently across functions.
  • Process-focused and improvement-minded, even when guiding senior technical peers.
