Description and Requirements



In this role, you will play a key part in managing the financial aspects of development projects, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate forecasting, and effective budget control to support strategic decision-making. These are your detailed responsibilities:


  • Budget Preparation and Forecasting: Prepare detailed development budgets, including estimating costs for labor, materials, and other project-related expenses, and provide periodic updates to ensure project budgets remain on track.
  • Cost Tracking and Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze the financial aspects of development projects, ensuring that costs are aligned with budget forecasts and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and present comprehensive financial reports to project managers and senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights on cost efficiency and potential savings.
  • Cost Control and Risk Management: Identify cost overruns and potential financial risks within development projects and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve cost control measures.
  • Costs Capitalization: Ensure that all eligible costs related to ongoing development projects are properly capitalized in accordance with applicable accounting standards and accurately reflected in financial statements
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and business operations to support financial decision-making, ensuring that financial goals are met while adhering to project timelines and approved budgets.


What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in finance. 
  • Strong modelling skills in Excel, Power BI and/or Anaplan.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
