Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and nurture marketing-qualified leads generated through demand generation activities, converting them into viable sales opportunities.
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls and outreach, with a focus on lead qualification and uncovering customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, and alliance teams to build, prioritize, and manage prospecting lists and outreach for target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contact and company information within our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Partner with the Marketing team to identify trending industries and deliver targeted, data-driven communications to prospective customers.
  • Provide regular reporting on lead status, pipeline development, and prospecting activities to key stakeholders.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to change
  • Ability to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking a dynamic thinker, creative problem solver, and self-starter who can thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, lead development, or business development role with a strong track record of success.
  • Demonstrated experience with cold calling and managing high-volume prospect engagement across multiple channels.
  • Working knowledge of end-user device technologies — including PCs, smartphones, smart collaboration tools, and AR/VR solutions — and a foundational understanding of data center and infrastructure technologies (preferred).
  • Proficiency using CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A positive, resilient attitude, paired with creative thinking and a strong drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Commitment to achieving individual and team goals in a performance-driven environment.
  • Professional phone presence and comfort making outbound calls in an open office or collaborative setting.
