This position will be part of the ISO Strategic Planning and Transformation team. The Project Manager will facilitate and own the delivery of key strategic, complex and diverse projects to support the achievement of the International Sales Organisation (ISO) Sales Transformation and Channel HQs’ strategic objectives. Working with multiple teams across worldwide business units, sales and channel teams, this individual will be responsible for the end to management of sales projects, defining and owning the BMS, organising and motivating the project team and identification and delivery of solutions.

These are your detailed responsibilities:
- Build and lead transformational projects for the International Sales and Channel HQ organisation
- Own and drive all aspects of project management activity, managing key strategic projects across multiple teams within the international sales teams, Lenovo geographies and business units
- Work within the framework of standard Project Management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead the project team, drive the key initiatives and actions to resolve roadblocks and deliver the committed project results
- Drive substantial business improvement and enhance partner and customer experience through solid project planning, complex problem solving and innovative thinking
- Provide clear and transparent communication to key stakeholders at all stages of the project
- Manage multiple, medium to large projects with varying complexity
What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in project management within large, multi-national, preferably tech organizations.
- More than 3 years of experience in sales-related work, with a background in channel sales or management being a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate transformation or strategic change skills with a high solution orientation.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills and the ability to lead a virtual team located in multiple countries, with experience in an international working environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences, including senior leadership teams.
- Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through, capable of solving complex problems and delivering results in challenging situations.
- Professional fluency in English, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
