Description and Requirements

【岗位职责】
支持聊天机器人服务的开发与服务推广，具体包括：
1.    支持多个交付项目，进行NLP及模型应用开发；
2.    支持整体测试过程；
3.    遵循Devops规范，在Jira中跟踪和处理开发工作；
4.    根据项目需要，提供Python开发服务支持；
5.    根据需要出差，提供项目的现场交付支持。

【详细要求】
1.    支持分析型AI和生成型AI平台的开发和交付；
2.    熟练掌握Python，具备AI模型开发技能；
3.    至少2年以上聊天机器人开发经验；
4.    英语能力者优先；
5.    具备AI应用经验；
6.    了解大型语言模型（LLM）；
7.    具备聊天机器人推广和交付技能者优先；
8.    沟通能力优秀；
9.    具有海外AI工作经验者优先。
【任职资格】
1.    本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2.    1-3年工作经验；
3.    熟悉自然语言处理、机器学习等相关技术；
4.    具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力
