Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Documentation:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and priorities.

Technical Solution Design:

• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design scalable, efficient, and robust technical solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical constraints, risks, and opportunities during the design and planning stages.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and project managers to ensure alignment on goals and progress.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Integration:

• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Assist with the integration of systems, APIs, and data flows across platforms to ensure seamless functionality.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Support QA processes by reviewing test plans, ensuring technical requirements are met, and validating quality standards.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets business expectations and requirements.

Process Improvement:

• Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for technical and operational improvements.
• Recommend enhancements and automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, technical documentation, and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with system design principles and basic programming.
• Experience or knowledge in data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within a team.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, JIRA) is a plus.
