Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:​

​Project Coordination & Support​

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, risk logs).
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.

​Stakeholder Communication​

  • Serve as a liaison between IT teams, business units, vendors, and leadership.
  • Prepare and distribute project status updates, dashboards, and reports.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of project changes and risks.

​Resource & Task Management​

  • Coordinate resource allocation (personnel, tools, budgets) across projects.
  • Monitor task completion and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist in risk and issue tracking, helping to mitigate delays.

​Process & Tool Management​

  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, etc.) to track workflows.
  • Support the adoption of PMO best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Maintain and improve project templates, workflows, and documentation standards.

​Qualifications & Skills:​

  • ​Education:​​ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • ​Experience:​
    • Experience with IT projects (software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • ​Technical Skills:​
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, or similar tools.
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other PM/CRM tools.
    • Basic understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and technical terminology.
  • ​Soft Skills:​
    • Proficiency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Self-motivation.
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

​Preferred Certifications (Optional):​

  • PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • Scrum Master/Agile certifications.
