Align with Lenovo’s culture, proposal pack of solutions incl. hardware and software, service to SMB clients thru phone call and email to maximize profit.
Daily pipeline follow up to fulfill customer’s different scenario requirement, extend with new business opportunity for adjacencies and strategy focused product.
Dedicate on customer-centric support, focus on CX improvement to lead new Pro registration and loyal Lenovo clients build.
Managing priorities with multiple task in IT environment, proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency throughout sales’ cycle.
As needed coordinates planning activities with other holding functions, assisting with troubleshooting & deep dives to derive actionable strategies in trouble areas.
Participate in group activity to develop and drive for process enhancement
Position Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in sales territory
Preferably in IT company background
Ability to carry out tasks under minimal supervision
Self-driven, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel would be plus
