Responsibility of the Position
Responsibilities
The Lease Administration’s primary focus is to:
- Support lease administration officers for the overall leasing sales process including document preparation, collation and processing into the Lease Management System.
- Population of Customer lease agreement templates with information for submission to and execution by the customer
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of customer lease contracts
- Reconciling and resolving differences in equipment on lease documentation Vs data sources from other internal and external systems.
- Extracting information from the Lease Management system to support billing and accounting team
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data interfacing between systems
- Work closely with customer fulfilment team on billing to generate monthly invoices to the customer manually
- Resolution of billing issues both internal and with external LFS partners
- Completing any other administrative duties required.

- Accuracy & timeliness of Lease Contract Processing including adds, changes and deletions:
- As supplied to customers
- As processed into the Lease Management System and internal Lenovo systems
- Accuracy & timeliness of customer billing and asset data capture

- Strong communication and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to interrogate data sources to reconcile information and resolve discrepancies.
- Basic understanding of equipment lease pricing methodologies

- Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or business preferred.
Work Experience
Must Have
- Proven track record in the administration of customer contracts involving large volumes of transactions.
- Experience in reconciling data discrepancies between different sources and implementing corrective action to resolve
- Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders to facilitate outcomes in a diverse organization
- High level of initiative with the ability to successfully deal with constant change
Desired:
- Experience in an equipment Leasing business and knowledge of key concepts
- Internal Lenovo experience with the experience of organizational systems and processes

Pen Picture of Candidate
This is an experienced Lease Administration person who is familiar with the characteristics of leasing transactions and the processing of customer lease contracts. The person has an eye for detail and a desire to ensure that data is correctly captured. If there are data discrepancies this person can investigate the problem, identify the issue, correct and then ideally drive a solution to what caused the discrepancy in the first place. They will be a comfortable communicator that can engage via email and verbally with varied stakeholders to get stuff done.
