Description and Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who has the ability to work in a team environment and supports our Sales Support Representatives in their daily tasks, helps our Sales Reps in the EMEA region, and optimizes the sales processes of our services.
Our ISSRs provide support to our Internal Sales and Face to Face Reps with back-office tasks related to opportunity-to-contract management, simple quoting, and contract creation as well as provide proactive follow-up and general email handling communication with sales and customers.
Throughout the program you'll have regular training and meetings with your Team Leaders who will support you and teach you our operations, but also expect you to work independently.
You will:
- Interlock with assigned Sales Reps to process quote renewals.
- Support of other administrative tasks to assist in sales productivity
- Gain market insights
Responsibilities include:
- Proposal and Price Quotes Creation
- Contract Creation
- Contract Registration
- Contract Renewals
- Reporting
Position Requirements:
- University student in 1st/2nd/3rd year
- Available for approx. 20 hours per week
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable within a dynamic environment with the ability to learn and quickly adapt
- Motivated to gain new experience and build skillsets
- Highly organized personality, being able to set priorities
- Ability to handle stress and multitask, flexible approach toward different situations
