Description and Requirements

This role will support the Sales and Marketing teams in all EMEA Infrastructure Solutions Group countries to ensure a correct handling of the budget and programs. The person will participate in the planning process, monitoring the execution and tracking the results and will be responsible for guaranteeing the program requirements and compliancy are followed.

The position requires working in a complex, multi-cultural, fast-paced environment and collaboration with different groups, such as Functional teams, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement and external partners.

Main Activities:

  • Assume end to end operational responsibility for the managed programs.
  • Support the sales team on building the program’s plan in accordance to the alliance (Intel, Microsoft, AMD, NVIDIA) guidelines.
  • End to end budget and planning management, including submissions in the alliance partner tools and execution status tracking.
  • Collection of proof of execution, compliancy validation against the alliance guidelines and submission within the given deadline for claiming and reimbursement after the program has ended.
  • Consult the Marketing and Sales teams on alliance partner brand guidelines, serving as the subject matter expert on compliance guidelines.
  • Purchase order creation in the internal systems.
  • Collaboration with Finance to ensure the payments were processed. 
  • Prepare various reports.
Key Qualification:

  • 3-5 years experience in marketing operations, business operations or accounting.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, results-driven strategic thinker and a strong problem-solving and proactive attitude towards delivering excellence.
  • A clear aptitude for following processes and using multiple tools at the same time.
  • Ability to analyze and present results at senior level, aligned to business objectives.
  • English proficiency.
  • Experience in working as part of a virtual team.
  • Strong Excel and Office 360 knowledge.
