Description and Requirements



WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING

  • Developing and Executing Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans specifically tailored for Lenovo’s services and solutions that align with our business objectives, focusing on increasing brand awareness and market share in this segment.
  • Campaign Management: Adapt and create marketing campaigns to be implemented in channels including digital, social, and traditional media to ensure performance and ROI.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities. Coordinate with external agencies and partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, strategic, and passionate about B2B Marketing


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to develop unique and effective marketing strategies for services and solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Ability to create compelling marketing content and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Fluent in English
