Description and Requirements

Can you manage our media campaigns? Are you a good communicator who can develop, explain, and execute media strategies? 

In this role, you will be part of the Media COE, an internal team helping coordinate and strategize Media activation for the EMEA region. You will guide and oversee the management of media campaigns from brief to execution for Lenovo, at an EMEA level with a focus on Italy & Spain. 

You will execute the agreed strategies through various media channels, working closely with internal and external specialists and pressing for better, more effective campaigns. You will report to our Director, EMEA Media COE based in Ireland. You will also collaborate closely with our other Strategic Media Planners based in the UK and the other Media Center of Excellence Team members within Lenovo EMEA Marketing.

The role will focus on Italy and Spain, working closely with the local marketing teams. We would like someone with fluent Italian and English (and ideally Spanish) and a strong knowledge of the Italian/Spanish media market.




Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate campaigns by collaborating with various stakeholders, including reporting, expert opinions, and media owners.
  • Assist the Media Strategy Lead in developing cross-channel strategies for Lenovo and its sub-brands.
  • Ensure consistent communication during planning, acting as the primary point of contact for media plan inquiries.
  • Collate media and consumer insights, providing integrated brief responses.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing channel specialists to optimize channel usage.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Media Planning or cross-channel delivery at an account director level or higher.
  • Specific knowledge of the Italian/Spanish media marketplace.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a strong advantage).
  • Understanding of various marketing capabilities (e.g., Search Marketing, Analytics, Display, Social).
  • Ability to manage stakeholders on long-term projects and maintain effective communication.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing, emphasizing digital integration. 
  •  Fluent in Italian, Spanish and English
