Lenovo launches several multi-million dollar co-marketing campaigns each quarter in concert with our key industry partners, like Microsoft, Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm. As part of Lenovo’s North America Marketing organization, the Marketing Operations Sr. Specialist is responsible for ensuring co-marketing governance for marketing campaigns and programs execution, allowing for complete reimbursement from our co-marketing partners. The ideal candidate will possess marketing operations experience, from process standardization to training and documentation. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, agencies, and other internal groups to ensure proactive coordination on compliance. The individual must be a motivated self-starter and team-player who can work collaboratively and take projects from strategy through to execution with a high attention to detail, coupled with innovative, creative thinking.
Requirements:
Alliance Partner activity claim submissions
Engage with key stakeholders to gather and submit alliance partner Proof of Execution (POE) per plan deadlines
Activity claim entries and review with internal Alliance teams
Keep track of POE deadlines and information needed by type of fund and activity, and ensure it is complete before submitting
Engage with WW Marketing Operations team to ensure no activities are missing and everything gets claimed on time
Pull information directly from Lenovo tools when available
Understand NA Marketing strategy and objectives and work proactively to secure maximum reimbursement from alliance partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics)
3 to 5 years of marketing operations experience or project management, preferably in tech companies.
Strong attention to detail and results-oriented
Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
The ideal candidate would be a resourceful, self-motivated individual willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed
Candidates must have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
English Fluency: mandatory (this role works every day with North America's Marketing Operations)
