Description and Requirements

工作职责

1- 根据产品需求和竞品分析，制定大算力AI加速器和芯片的总体功能规格及性能/功耗/面积指标。

2- 负责系统架构定义，包括NPU计算架构/任务调度/内存管理/多核同步等微架构设计。

3- 负责对架构方案进行建模、量化分析和优化。

4- 与软件团队配合完成软硬件协同设计，协助软件团队进行工具链开发和相关分析。

5- 深度参与IP和芯片设计工作，配合其他团队完成原型验证、芯片floorplan、时序优化和后端迭代等相关工作。

任职要求

1- 计算机体系结构、微电子或其他相关专业，硕士及以上学历，10年以上相关方向（GPGPU/NPU/DSP）架构工作经验。

2- 熟悉主流GPGPU/NPU/DSP硬件架构，熟悉高性能计算体系结构和并行计算原理，了解片上/片间互联技术和内存层次设计；具备完整的GPGPU/NPU芯片架构和设计全流程经验，尤其是先进工艺下大算力芯片成功量产经验。

3- 具备系统建模和量化分析能力，熟悉ESL相关工具使用。

4- 熟悉Tensorflow/PyTorch/Onnx等常见软件框架，了解CUDA/OpenCL等编程接口。

5- 熟悉各类AI算法，了解算法的原理、特点、应用场景、任务切分和并行调度方法。
