Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive  DogFooding Plan strategies aligned with product definition and project schedule.
  • Recruit and manage a diverse population of Dogfooders, ensuring a representative user base.
  • Manage DF logistics providing information for distribution of prototypes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and engagement with Dogfooders through multiple channels (e.g., email, Teams,  internal tools).
  • Conduct regular meetings and surveys to collect feedback on user experience, performance, and feature preferences.
  • Analyze user feedback data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, design) to share insights and drive product enhancements.
  • Track and manage key metrics to measure the success of the Dogfooding programs using Fu Pan and Lesson Learn process.
  • Provide training for other team members and foster process improvements.

Risk Assessment:

  • Evaluate Dogfooding results to assess potential product risks and issues highlighting key change requests (CRs) in change control board (CCB) meetings and also providing Risk Assessment on Readiness review process.
  • Identify critical bugs, usability problems, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Prioritize and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address identified issues and improve product quality.

Required Qualifications: 
  • Work onsite in the Chicago office in a hybrid model, 2-3 days a week
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role 
  • Ability to communicate in English both written and verbal
