Description and Requirements



As an Office Manager, the main focus is on supporting the country's organization on administrative and organizational tasks. The Country Assistant carries out responsibilities in the following areas: assets, office maintenance, HR related support functions, procurement, security, and ad hoc tasks.

This position reports to Country Manager and it is a hybrid position with 3/2 days base per week.


As an Office Manager you will be responsible for these areas:

Office management:

  • Real Estate, the focal contact point for the landlord
  • Handling car fleet
  • Office security/maintenance
  • Focal point fixed assets & procurement
  • Handling queries from Country authorities & reporting e.g. Maternity, sick leave, statistic reporting, etc.
  • Coordinator of country events
  • Manage ad hoc tasks


Areas of country-specific responsibilities:

  • Assists HR partner with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the functions and duties
  • Responsible for the following areas: payroll inputs to Shared Service Center, onboarding and administration
  • Assisting with employee relations and queries
  • Record keeping of employee personnel files


What is required for this position:

  • Fluency in English and Finnish is mandatory
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to organize office operations and procedures
  • Attention to detail, good time management
