Description and Requirements

Generate reports from data within our database systems to clearly articulate the status of all inventory orders placed on manufacturing. Track and manage internal orders placed on manufacturing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to one of our Distribution centers.  Communicate with the extended internal Web team by providing updates on order status and resolve any issues or concerns. Coordinate with Logistics team and warehouses to ensure delivery dates are met and confirming quantities delivered for each shipment.

To successfully track and manage multiple, complex orders at once, an Associate Order Fulfillment specialist must have or develop strong attention to detail. This can help them evaluate orders and shipments to ensure they meet client specifications. In this position, you may create detailed checklists and policies to help you and your team check, create and process all orders in a consistent and thorough manner.

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal to effectively satisfy internal customers
  • Solve practical problems based on previous experiences and data analysis
