Description and Requirements

职位描述：

1、负责平板电脑产品的PCB/FPC设计，包括前期布局可行性评估，最优叠层结构评估，制作新器件封装，PCB/FPC Layout设计等

2、与结构和电子工程师合作，输出满足产品需求的PCB/FPC设计。

3、熟悉PCB设计中的信号完整性设计；能熟练进行PDN仿真，并应用于设计; 具有降层降阶设计使PCB的成本最优的经验；

4、输出设计文档（包括PCB制作和SMT贴片工程文件包),处理工程反馈，制作进度追踪。与贴片工厂对接SMT贴片和生产进度及工艺文件沟通

5、学习和研究PCB设计发展过程中的新技术，新架构，并应用于项目中;


任职要求：

1、电子，通信等相关专业，从事layout工作7年及以上； 

2、熟练使用Allegro cadence软件； 

3、熟悉高速、多层电路板设计，有EMC/EMI相关经验； 

4、能够独立完成建库，摆件，gerber out，工程确认，贴片和夹具文件的制作； 

5、熟悉PCB/FPC制板生产工艺和SMT生产工艺，了解成品率因素和成本影响因素； 

6、具有良好的沟通、协调、推动、组织和创新能力。
