As the Leader of our PC business you will work closely with the Lenovo Product BU as well as other teams as to ensure interlock between the end-user and channel partners. You will maintain a personal relationship with customers and Lenovo partners senior management, with a clear vision of customer and Lenovo's business unit strategies to develop trusted partner status for Lenovo.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage the P&L and business sales cycle for the PC and smart devices division as part of Lenovo's standard planning cycles.
- Collaborate with EMEA and other internal key stakeholders on annual and quarterly planning of the business, aligning on execution of Lenovo key metrics (P&L, market share, PtM, Product mix, LoB expansion, strategic programmes)
- Create, implement and be accountable for the defined targets at a team and account management level on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain executive relationships both with selected end users and channel partners.
- Lead sales business planning and forecasting planning process for total and per Market (country).
- Support the sales management and account management team on the larger end customer projects.
- Implement programs for Sales Development and GTM across KSA
- Demonstrate and develop your leadership for PC and smart devices core team for Lenovo.
What will you bring / Position requirements:
- 5-10 years of sales management experience and 10+ years of relevant technology sector experience
- Strong executive relationships within the PC and smart devices business
- Clear track record of success in managing complex IT solutions.
- Lead by example, set clear performance standards, provide straightforward feedback respectfully, and actively manage low contributors to improve performance.
- Positive people-orientated performance climate through listening to employees, addressing their issues, and helping employees succeed in Lenovo's matrix environment. Fosters teamwork, diversity and inclusion among all employees and the team.
- Attend meetings and activities when required internationally to support explanation of business to senior management and attend end customer/channel conferences and events.
