Description and Requirements

1. Product Transition management

2. Product EOL (end of life) management:

   • Product EOL new finalization and alignment with cross functions.

• Lead E2E team to handle Lifecycle EOL PCR.

3. Supply & Demand insurance to maximize business target

• Long term FCST planning to the best exact level.

• Lead E2E co-work on supply & demand balance to minimize material lost while product EOL.

4. Product Productivity management

• Planning the product PCBA in developing phase, and ensure the best productivity during the whole lifecycle.

5. Key commodity management of Notebook：

Key commodity cost, deal studying, demand/supply, test, change management, transition and EOL management.

6.  Operation biz and data management

   Using PBI dashboard for visualization.

Studying how to use AI for future working efficiency.
