We are looking for a driven and experienced Acquisition Sales Specialist for Public Sector to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business relationships with some of our most strategically important prospects within the public sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & New Business Development: Identify and engage new business opportunities within the public sector, focusing on large and strategic organizations.
- Build Long-Term Customer Plans: Develop and execute strategic account plans to secure long-lasting, value-driven customer relationships.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and challenges, and align Lenovo’s offerings to support their goals.
- Deal Structuring: Configure, price, negotiate, and close tailored solutions that meet both customer expectations and Lenovo’s strategic objectives.
- Internal & External Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and channel partners to ensure seamless execution throughout the sales cycle.
Team & Reporting:
You will report to the local Public Sector Sales Manager and be part of a highly skilled, collaborative team. You'll take part in regular planning sessions and strategy discussions to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in outbound sales targeting the public sector, preferably in IT or other solution-based sales.
- Commercial Drive: A self-starter with a strategic mindset and a strong passion for creating new business opportunities.
- Customer Focus: A deep understanding of public sector decision-making processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
