Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 负责大模型训练调优与推理加速，包括预训练、微调（LoRA/QLoRA）、量化部署等全流程工作
2. 构建高性能RAG系统，优化混合检索、知识增强、长上下文建模等关键技术
3. 研发LLM驱动的智能体系统，设计感知、规划、记忆、工具调用等核心模块
4. 开发多模态融合算法，实现文本/音频/图像/视频等跨模态内容理解与生成
5. 探索前沿技术在实际业务中的创新应用

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机/人工智能相关专业，3年以上算法研发经验，精通Python/C++
2. 具备以下核心技术能力（至少1项）：
o 大模型技术：熟悉LLM训练调优（DeepSpeed/Megatron）、微调（SFT/RLHF/DPO）及推理优化（vLLM/TensorRT）
o RAG系统：精通向量检索（FAISS/Milvus）、混合搜索、排序优化及知识增强技术
o Agent开发：熟悉LangChain等框架，具备意图识别、任务规划等模块开发经验
o 多模态算法：掌握跨模态对齐、对比学习等技术，至少精通两个模态领域
3. 熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow框架，具备分布式训练和模型优化经验
4. 优秀的算法实现能力和技术创新意识，能推动技术方案落地
