Description and Requirements

Job Responsibility

This is a Senior Program Manager role in Lenovo Global Learning Center (GLC) based in Beijing, with quite many co-operation with global team.

  1. Work closely with global sales enablement team from different BG and GEO, on sales enablement program plan, design, and delivery
  2. Work as a Learning consultant to understand/collect sales enablement requirements based on business strategy and pain points
  3. Work as a Program Manager, to do end to end learning program management, including requirements collection, plan, design and delivery with good feedback result, and finally contribute to the business results
  4. Deliver and facilitate training program, engage with participants actively in the training session

Position Requirements

  1. 10+ years’ To-B Sales Enablement experience in Multi-national companies, high-tech companies preferred, Head Quarter working experience preferred
  2. Deep understanding to organization’s business strategy and pain points; rich learning consultant experience to effectively conduct consultative conversation with business leaders and sellers
  3. Rich experience on sales enablement program design, to accelerate organization’s performance improvement
  4. Rich experience on global program/project management and deployment with strong leadership and influence capability
  5. Fluent English communication skills with different GEOs
  6. Great presentation, communication, and team collaboration skills
  7. Facilitator / trainer experience preferred
  8. Master’s Degree preferred
