Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:​

  • Manage global parts logistics projects, including tracking project progress, controlling costs and risks, managing milestones, and coordinating resources.
  • Drive the execution of logistics strategic projects and dynamically track the achievement of logistics-level KPIs.
  • Monitor and promote the implementation of internal control measures to mitigate business risks.
  • Conduct logistics cost analysis and control; identify optimization opportunities through data mining and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop project management-related processes, standards, and systems; ensure project execution and drive process optimization.

Job Requirements:​

  • Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, MBA, International Business, or related fields.
  • 5 years+ of experience in global supply chain management. Fluent English is essential. Candidates with strategic planning experience are preferred. Experience in MNC supply chains is preferred.
  • Proficient in the PMP framework; skilled in utilizing various project management tools and methodologies. PMP certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project coordination, planning, and reporting capabilities. Prior hands-on project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or other project management tools.
